Yes, to get started. Creating your profile, discovering people and matching is free, with 20 likes a day and 4 messages per chat with each match. Premium, S/ 19.90 a month, removes those limits and adds calls, dates from the chat, offering friendship, groups and statuses; cancel whenever you want. Gifts and experiences are paid one by one, and you see the price before confirming.

Nuvia is a dating app, but plenty of people open it only to send flowers, a board or a package to someone they already love. And if you meet someone and are not after a match, Premium lets you offer friendship.

Yes. When you create your account you choose who you want to meet (men, women or both) and why (a partner, friendship or both), and Discover starts there. You can change it anytime in your filters.

It is for when you like someone but are not after a match: you offer friendship instead of a like. Offering it is Premium; accepting one offered to you is free. Once accepted, you can talk just as with a match.

A photo or a line of text your matches see for 24 hours before it disappears. Posting them is Premium.

From your profile, under Verify your profile. You open the camera and follow the live prompts — look ahead, turn your head, smile or blink — and we compare your face with your main photo. In seconds the badge appears and your photos are marked verified or not.

That when you verified, we recognized you in that photo. Photos you are not in show as not verified, and only a verified photo can be your main one.

When you sign in with email and password we send a 6-digit code to your email, so someone who knows your password still can't get in without your inbox. Turn on Face ID or Touch ID in Settings and that phone signs in without a code. With Google or Apple there is no code.

Yes. Nuvia works on iPhone, iPad and Android, tablets included, with the same account and in your language on all your devices.

Yes. On each product tap «Ask» and a conversation about that product opens with the team. At checkout you pick the delivery day, and once your payment is confirmed we tell you the exact day it arrives.

Flowers, boards and gifts are delivered in Lima, and the experiences happen at venues we work with. When you choose, we tell you whether we reach that address before you pay.

Only someone you matched with. If the interest is not mutual, there is no chat. And you can block at any moment without the other person being told.

Yes. Pausing takes you out of Discovery and nobody new can find you, but you keep your matches and conversations. Turn it back on whenever you want.

They are deleted: profile, photos, messages and dates. There is no copy waiting for you to come back. If you just want to disappear for a while, pause your profile instead.

A person reviews it, not an automatic filter. While that happens the account can be paused. We never tell anyone who reported them.

We are starting in Peru and opening city by city. The app works anywhere, but you will see more people where there is already a community. Write to us if you want us in yours.
